Noviq Solutions LLC (under formation)

The company is a single-owner limited liability company under formation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Its registered address is assigned with the trade licence and will be published in this notice as soon as the licence is issued. Until then, every enquiry, complaint and legal notice reaches us at the address below, and we answer from it.

The trade licence number and the tax registration number will be published in this notice as soon as they are issued. Until then, neither has been assigned.
Licensed economic activities: software development and production (6201001), IT consultancy (6201011), computer systems and applications management (6202011), and web portals (6312004).
2. Status of incorporation
Noviq Solutions LLC is currently under formation. Licensing through Tajer Abu Dhabi has not been completed, and no trade licence number or tax registration number has been issued at the date shown at the end of this notice.
Until the licence is granted, the founder of Noviq Solutions is personally and without limitation responsible for this website and answers at the email address above. No goods or services are sold, and no payments are taken, through this website while the company is under formation. The registered address, the trade licence number and the tax registration number will all be published in section 1 as soon as they are issued.
3. Purpose of this website
This website presents information about Noviq Solutions and allows visitors to leave an email address to be notified when our services become available. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a solicitation, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any future engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Accuracy of information

Any complaint, notice or legal correspondence relating to this website should be sent in writing to info@noviq-solutions.com. We acknowledge every complaint within five business days and answer from the same address.
