1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is:
Noviq Solutions LLC (under formation)
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Email: info@noviq-solutions.com
The company is a single-owner limited liability company under formation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Its registered address is assigned with the trade licence and will be published here as soon as the licence is issued. Until then the founder of Noviq Solutions is personally the controller, and the email address above is the way to reach us about anything in this policy. We answer every message ourselves.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data we process through noviq-solutions.com. It is written to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL) and to the other laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply to us, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means.
It does not apply to any website or service operated by someone else, even if we link to it.
3. What we collect
When you simply visit
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Everything you send through this website — your email address and the server logs described below — is stored on servers in Germany, not in the United Arab Emirates.
Our server records the technical details every browser sends: the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, your browser type and version, your operating system, and the referring page where your browser sends one.
When you ask to be notified at launch
Your email address, and the date, time and IP address of your request and of your confirmation.
When you write to us
Your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in your message.
We do not collect payment details, identity documents, location data, or any of the special categories of personal data defined in the PDPL — data revealing health, biometric or genetic data, race or ethnic origin, religious or political belief, or criminal records. Please do not send us such data.
4. Why we process it
- Running the website. Log data is processed to deliver pages correctly, keep the site stable and protect it against attack. This is necessary for our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, and the PDPL permits processing on that basis where it does not prejudice your rights. Log data is never combined with other sources or used for marketing or profiling.
- The launch notification. Your email address is processed on the basis of your consent, and for that single purpose only. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not send anything else to it.
- Answering you. Correspondence is processed to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a contract at your request.
5. Fonts and external content
All fonts are served from our own domain. Loading this site does not open a connection to any third-party server. There are no analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plugins, embedded maps or embedded videos on this website.
6. Consent and withdrawal
Where we rely on your consent, it is specific, informed and given by a clear action — entering your address and submitting the form. Sign-up uses double opt-in: you receive an email asking you to confirm, and only after you confirm is your address added to the list. If you do not confirm, we delete the address after 30 days.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and without any disadvantage, by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by writing to info@noviq-solutions.com. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before it.
7. Who receives your data
Your data is handled only by people who need it to operate this website, and by the service providers listed below, each of whom acts on our written instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes:
- ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which stores and serves this website;
- our email delivery provider, which sends the confirmation and the launch message.
Both are engaged under a written agreement that limits them to processing on our instructions. We will name the current email provider on request.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose data to a government authority only where a law of the United Arab Emirates or a court order requires it.
8. Where your data is stored
The company is established in the United Arab Emirates, but the website and the launch list are hosted in Germany, at ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Your data therefore sits on German servers and is subject to the security standards of a data centre inside the European Union.
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law permits transfers to countries that provide an adequate level of protection, and otherwise where appropriate contractual safeguards are in place or where you have consented. Where we or a provider move data across a border, a written agreement binds the provider to confidentiality, to processing only on our instructions, to appropriate security measures, and to helping us answer any request you make under this policy. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You can ask us at info@noviq-solutions.com exactly where your data is stored and what safeguards apply to it. We will tell you.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the small amount of data we hold: encrypted connections (TLS) for the whole site, encryption at rest, access limited to the people who need it, individual accounts with multi-factor authentication, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.
If a breach occurs that is likely to prejudice your privacy or your rights, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where the risk to you is significant, notify you directly and without undue delay.
10. How long we keep it
- Server logs: 7 days, longer only while investigating a specific security incident.
- Unconfirmed launch sign-ups: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Confirmed email addresses: until you withdraw, or until the launch message has been sent and the list is deleted.
- Correspondence: until the matter is closed, plus any period required by UAE commercial or tax law.
11. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, where it came from, what we do with it and who receives it;
- give you a copy of the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format, or send it to another controller where technically feasible;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, unless we are required to keep it;
- restrict or stop a particular processing activity;
- stop processing your data for direct marketing.
An informal email to info@noviq-solutions.com is enough. We do not charge for this and we reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose someone else's data by mistake.
12. Children
This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
13. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device beyond what your browser caches to display the page. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please write to us first at info@noviq-solutions.com — most things are settled quickly that way. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority:
UAE Data Office
United Arab Emirates

15. Changes
We update this policy whenever our processing changes — when the company is registered, when a service provider changes, or when the Executive Regulations to the PDPL are issued. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This policy is published in English. Should proceedings be brought before a UAE court, an Arabic translation will be provided and will prevail.
