Noviq Solutions LLC is a limited liability company formed under the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act. The email address above is the way to reach us about anything in this policy, and we answer every message ourselves.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal data we process through noviq-solutions.com. It is written to the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (6 Del. C. ch. 12D).

The Delaware act only binds companies above a size threshold, and we are well below it. We apply its standards anyway — the rights in section 13 are available to you regardless of where you live and regardless of whether the law obliges us to grant them.

This policy does not apply to any website or service operated by someone else, even if we link to it. It also does not cover a project we carry out for you under a separate contract; that engagement has its own data protection terms.

3. What we collect

When you simply visit

Our server records the technical details every browser sends: the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, your browser type and version, your operating system, and the referring page where your browser sends one.

That is the complete list for an ordinary visit. This website has no account area and no sign-up field; the only place it takes anything from you is the enquiry form described in the next section.

When you write to us

Clicking the contact button opens your own email program — it sends nothing to this website. We then have your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in your message.

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, precise location data, or any sensitive category of personal data — data revealing health or mental health, race or ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, immigration status, genetic or biometric data. Please do not send us such data.

4. The enquiry form

The contact page has a form. When you submit it, these fields reach us: your name, your email address, your company if you enter one, the type of project, the budget range and timeframe you select, and the description you write. The server also records the time of the submission and your IP address, for the reason given below.

We process this to answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to take steps towards a contract at your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything. We run no mailing list, and we will not write to you about anything other than your enquiry unless you ask us to.

The form is protected against automated abuse by a hidden field that only software fills in and by a limit on how many submissions one IP address may make per hour. The IP address is used for that limit and to investigate abuse, and for nothing else.

Your enquiry reaches us as an email and is kept in our mailbox. It is not published, not passed to anyone outside the company, and not used to build any kind of profile. If you would rather not use the form, info@noviq-solutions.com reaches exactly the same people.

5. Why we process it

• Running the website. Log data is processed to deliver pages correctly, keep the site stable and protect it against attack. It is never combined with other sources and never used for marketing or profiling.
• Answering you. Correspondence is processed to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a contract at your request.

We do not build profiles, we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use your data to train anything.

We do not run a mailing list and we send no marketing email. If that ever changes, it will be a separate, explicit sign-up — writing to us will never put you on a list.

6. Fonts and external content

All fonts are served from our own domain. Loading this site does not open a connection to any third-party server. There are no analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plugins, embedded maps or embedded videos on this website. The enquiry form posts to our own server and to nowhere else.

7. Cookies and tracking signals

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device beyond what your browser caches to display the page. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to click away.

Because we neither sell personal data nor run targeted advertising, a universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control has nothing to switch off here. We will honour such signals if that ever changes, and we will update this policy before it does.

8. We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. There is nothing here for you to opt out of, because none of it happens.

9. Who receives your data

Your data is handled only by people who need it to operate this website, and by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which stores and serves this website and hosts our mailbox.

They are engaged under a written agreement that limits them to processing on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We disclose data to a government authority only where a law or a court order requires it.

10. Where your data is stored

The company is organised in Delaware, but the website and our mailbox are hosted in Germany, at ALL-INKL.COM. Your data therefore sits on German servers, in a data centre inside the European Union, rather than in the United States.

Wherever data moves across a border, a written agreement binds the provider to confidentiality, to processing only on our instructions, to appropriate security measures, and to helping us answer any request you make under this policy. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

11. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the small amount of data we hold: encrypted connections (TLS) for the whole site, encryption at rest, access limited to the people who need it, individual accounts with multi-factor authentication, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.

If a breach occurs that is likely to harm you, we will tell you directly and without undue delay, and notify the authorities where the law requires it.

12. How long we keep it

• Server logs: 7 days, longer only while investigating a specific security incident.
• Abuse-protection records for the form: 1 hour, then deleted automatically.
• Enquiries sent through the form: until the matter is closed, plus any period required by tax or commercial law.
• Correspondence: until the matter is closed, plus any period required by tax or commercial law.

13. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data, and give you access to it;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• give you a copy in a portable, machine-readable format;
• stop processing your data for any of the purposes described above.

An informal email to info@noviq-solutions.com is enough. There is no charge, and we reply within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose someone else's data by mistake.

If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to that message. We answer an appeal in writing within 60 days and, if we still decline, we will tell you how to complain to the Delaware Attorney General.

14. Children

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act defines them, or from any minor. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

15. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please write to us first at info@noviq-solutions.com — most things are settled quickly that way. You may also complain to the supervisory authority:

16. Changes

We update this policy whenever our processing changes — when a service provider changes, when the product goes live, or if we ever add a form or a mailing list. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
