SERVICES
What we build.
Four areas. Below each one: what is actually included, what you own at the end, and where we would tell you not to bother.
Websites and apps
The thing your customers actually see. A company site that loads fast and reads well, an online shop that takes money reliably, or an app on the App Store and Google Play under your own developer account.
- Company sites, landing pages and multi-language sites
- Online shops with payment, tax handling and invoices
- iPhone and Android apps, published under your name
- Content that you can edit yourself, without calling us
- Speed, accessibility and search basics built in, not bolted on
What you get at the end: the running site or app, the source code, the accounts in your name, and a written handover.
SaaS platforms
Software other companies pay you for every month. This is the hardest of the four, because most of the work is invisible: who may see what, what happens when a card is declined, what the twentieth customer breaks that the second one did not.
- Sign-up, log-in, teams and permission levels
- Subscriptions, invoices, dunning and tax via Stripe
- An admin area where your staff can actually fix things
- Usage limits, trials, upgrades and cancellations
- Monitoring and alerts so you hear about failures before your customers do
We have built one of these for ourselves — see Flipo — so the estimate you get is based on having done it, not on hoping.
AI agents
Software that handles the repetitive work a person is currently doing by hand. We are deliberately boring about this: an agent is worth building where the task is high-volume, rule-shaped and verifiable. Where it is not, we will say so.
- Reading documents and pulling out the fields you need
- Answering routine enquiries with a human in the loop
- Keeping two systems in sync that have no integration
- Classifying, tagging and routing incoming work
- A written record of what the agent did, so mistakes are traceable
We do not sell “AI” as a feature. If a scheduled script does the job for a tenth of the price, that is what we will recommend.
Advice before you build
Sometimes the most useful thing we do is talk you out of a project. Build or buy, rewrite or repair, one platform or three — these decisions cost more than the code that follows them.
- A second opinion on a quote you have received
- Review of an existing system before you invest further
- Choosing between building, buying and integrating
- Technical due diligence before an acquisition or a partnership
- A written plan you can hand to any developer, including not us
Paid by the day or the week, with a written result. You are not obliged to build anything with us afterwards.
TOOLS WE REACH FOR
Boring technology, chosen on purpose.
We pick tools with long support windows and a large pool of developers, so that you are never locked to us. Nothing here is exotic; that is the point.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you which of the four it is — or that it is none of them.
